Who is Outside Live?

Outside Live is an national events, music and arts promotions organization that celebrates the multicultural experiences and their influence on music around the world.

Where Can I Buy Tickets?

Only tickets purchased through the official OUTSIDELIVE.COM page are guaranteed to be valid for all our events.

How Old Do I Have To Be To Attend?

All ages are welcome to attend! Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Please be advised the VIP Area is 21+

Do All Ages Need A Ticket?

Ages 2 and up require a ticket.

Are There Different Ticket Types?

Outside Live has multiple ticket types offering different access and experiences. To see more details on our ticket options, please visit the Tickets section of the event you’d like to attend.

Are Tickets Still Available?

Yes, We suggest you buy in advance, as tickets may sell out.

Can I Purchase Single Day Tickets?

When Is The Box Office Open?

Box Office is open from 11AM – 9PM on the day of the event.

What Time Do Doors Open?

The doors to most of our events open at 12PM, though this is subject to change.

What Time Does The Concert End?

Most of our events end at 10PM, though this is subject to change.

Is There Re-Entry Into The Concert?

There is no re-entry into any of our events for concerns of safety.

Will I Be Searched Upon Entry?

Yup, event security will search all persons and bags prior to entry. Please review the prohibited items list if you aren’t sure whether or not you can bring something.

Are The Events Rain Or Shine?

Yes, all events will go on rain or shine.

What Can I Bring? What Can’t I Bring?

In general, don’t bring anything you wouldn’t bring to your grandpa’s cookout. We do have a list of Allowed & Prohibited Items.

When Will The Performance Schedules Be Released?

What Kind Of ID Do I Need To Buy Drinks And Pick Up Tickets?

Only valid (non-expired) government issued ID will be accepted.

Where Are The ATMs Located?

All Outside Live events are cashless events. There are no ATMs onsite.

Where Are The Restrooms?

Will There Be Food?

Yes! There will be food (and drinks!)

Will There Be Vegetarian/Vegan Items?

We love vegan and vegetarian food and there will definitely be options for both.

Can I Bring Outside Food & Drinks?

No, only an empty recyclable container for water.

Are There Water Stations?

There will be a free water stations on event grounds. Please look to our FAQs on what hydration packs or water bottles can be on site. Water will also be available for purchase at our bars.

Where Is The Merch Booth?

Event merch and artist merchandise will be sold at the Event Merch Booth, see patron map for location.

Can I Take Public Transportation?

Parking options are announced closer to the events date. Visit our Getting Here page for more information.

Are Covid Vaccines Or Negative Tests Required To Attend The Events?

No.

Am I Required To Wear A Mask To Enter The Events?

Per current local public health guidance, masks are recommended at the event, but not required.

Where Can I Get More Information On The Covid-19 Policy For Entry To The Event?

Is The Events Accessible To People With Disabilities?

Yes, all events are ADA accessible. Accessible restrooms are in the same area as all patron restrooms. The ADA viewing area is located in front of the stage. Visit the Guest Services booth for assistance.

Where Do I Get My Accessible Pass?

Accessible Passes for ADA guests may be requested at the Box Office or at the Guest Services Booth inside the venue. This pass must be carried with you around the events for access to ADA viewing areas and other accessible needs. You can contact our Guest Services Manager at guest-services@outsidelive.com

Am I Allowed To Have Service Animals?

Service animals are allowed, however, dogs must be on a leash at all times and you will be required to show proof that your furry companion is up to date on all required shots. Please remember that DB levels are high near the stages and to be aware.

The accessible portals are located in the same area as the rest of the restrooms.
